Integration of Artificial Intelligence in Education: A proposal to optimize personalized learning

Introduction: This study examines the integration of artificial intelligence as a key element in addressing the current challenges of education, within a context shaped by digital transformation.
Objective: To enhance educational management through the implementation of innovative pedagogical strategies that incorporate AI-based tools.
Methods: The research followed a mixed-methods approach, with a quasi-experimental design of exploratory, descriptive, and bibliographic nature, complemented by fieldwork. Surveys and interviews were conducted with higher education students to gather insights into their experiences, perceptions, and the benefits associated with the use of intelligent technologies in learning environments.
Results: The findings indicate that AI-based technologies effectively support personalized learning by adapting more accurately to students' individual needs. Furthermore, open-access platforms were identified as valuable resources to improve institutional management and foster more efficient teaching and learning practices.
Conclusion: The adoption of AI-driven solutions in educational settings enhances personalized learning, strengthens educators’ digital and pedagogical competencies, and promotes more inclusive, engaging, and result-oriented learning experiences.
