The comprehensive work with the collaborating student: A way for training through continuing education.

This paper is aimed at evaluating comprehensive work potentials with collaborating student to contribute to its general training. On the basis of theoretical framework, the findings of exploratory study at the Faculty Mechanical and Electrical Engineer are presented. The findings provide the guidelines for general training of collaborating students through continuing education. Date was obtained through the application of techniques which include surveys and completion of phrases. The results show both positive aspects and shortcomings. The importance of continuous education for the vocational training of the student, and the insufficient the attention devoted to the personal training are outlined.
