Professional development of school principals in the use and advice of technological management tools

Objective:
The study aimed to propose a professional development strategy for school principals in the use and guidance of technological management tools.
Methods:
The structural-functional method was used to develop the professional development strategy, and critical reflection and collective construction workshops were held to assess its feasibility and relevance based on the systematization of the authors' previous scientific results.
Result:
A professional development strategy is offered for the use and guidance of technological management tools that contributes to the professional performance of school principals.
Conclusion:
The professional development strategy establishes the necessary actions to achieve professional performance for school principals, which enables the use and guidance of technological management tools in the context of schools.
