Training for teaching coordinators on the management of pedagogical support

Objective:
The study aimed to propose a professional development training program for primary school teacher coordinators focused on the management of pedagogical support.
Methods:
The structural-functional method was used to develop the professional development training program, and critical reflection and collective construction workshops were held to assess its feasibility and relevance based on the systematization of the authors' previous scientific results.
Result:
Professional development training program for primary school teacher coordinators focused on the management of pedagogical support is offered.
Conclusion:
The training program establishes the necessary actions to improve the professional performance of primary school teacher coordinators, which enables the management of pedagogical support for teachers.
