Educative leadership of the directors of the municipal educational institutions of the Party: a theoretical background from their pedagogical professionalization

Abstract

Objective: This article aims at offering an epistemological analysis, from the perspective of their authors, about the educative leadership and pedagogical professionalization of the directors of the municipal educational institutions of the Party.

Methods: The methodology carried out was the bibliographical analysis from different sources either from indexed journals or from others of highly-recognized national and international recognition, with emphasis on the articles published between 2018- 2024.  

The bibliographical sources have been chosen for they include articles of a recognized quality about the subject matters under study. Different theoretical scientific methods were used in the analysis of the bibliographical sources and in the identification of the relationship existing between the educative leadership and the process of pedagogical professionalization of the directors of the municipal educational institutions from the Party and their importance for the educative management in such institutions and for the elaboration of theoretical generalizations.  

For the analysis of the bibliographical sources, the reflexive-interpretation method was used, allowing the comprehension, explanation and interpretation of both categories from the contextualized logics where they were used. The material analyzed was used as a source for the development of the results and for the discussion of the main generalizations determined from this study.

Results:

The achievement of a theoretical upgrading focused on pedagogical professionalization constitutes an essential requisite to attain a leadership in the educative management of the directors of the educational institutions and, in particular, the ones that have to do with the political direction of the Cuban Communist Party in each municipality in Cuba.

An epistemological analysis about the content of different bibliographical sources from different indexed journals and from others of a well-recognized national and international value about both pedagogical categories have allowed to reach generalizations of their implications in the assumption of an active, democratic and transforming educative management of the directors of the municipal educational institutions of the Communist Party to attain common goals of a political and ideological character in the present conditions in Cuba.

The bibliographical sources that are included in the article constitute the main theoretical and methodological sustains of a doctoral study about the pedagogical professionalization for the educative leadership of the directors of the municipal educational institutions of the Party.

Conclusion: To persuade, call for and encourage the leaders of the political and social organizations to attain common goals related to the practice of political direction, it is essential for the directors of the municipal educational institutions of the Party to reach a constant upgrading and / or complementation of theis knowledge, abilities, attitudes and pedagogical values so as to acquire active and educative methods that might enable them to influence the afore-mentioned leaders to relate their cognitive and motivational sources to reach common political and ideological goals collectively and creatively.
